Okay so this is something I've struggled with FOREVER!

I decided to give it another go today and I am fairly pleased with the results so I did a quick tutorial for you.  I will endeavour to get better and produce some more patterns for you.

The neon polish is from Color Club, the purple shades are from ModelCo Cosmetics an the pastels are CND Vinylux from their new Flora and Fauna collection.  All information is listed in the description bar of the video.
