Wednesday Weight Update & Cute Guest - Week 9
Great progress this week with a good weight loss BUT my darling husband has contaminated me with his germs and I now have 'the lurgy', also known as Man Flu! I'm tough though so I am filming anyway :-)
Please excuse the incredibly manly voice and bright red nose!
I've got a quick skincare update with some new products too.
Poppy, my gorgeous Toy Cavoodle, decided she wanted a cuddle just as I was about to start filming and as so many of you have asked me how she is doing, after being sick last week, I thought I'd let her make a guest appearance.
