I've just unboxed my Lust Have It box for July and I am so impressed.
Just what I expect a good subscription box to be, this contains products that are new to me, full size products and a range of makeup, skincare and haircare.
A big thumbs up from me for this month!
I also have a $5 discount code off your first month's box. Just enter DIXIE GIRL1 at checkout to get your discount.
I was lucky enough to be invited to the Real Techniques 'Bold Metals' launch in Melbourne last night and I wanted some nails to match the brushes.
This is what I came up with. I will have a full review of the brushes and a demo coming up on my channel really soon. They are just gorgeous to use :-)

I've been shopping! I've got tonnes of makeup but I've never really had a lot of MAC products. This has obviously changed and I have a nice size haul to show you today.
I've got some great products and I am particularly impressed with the Mineralize Foundation on my skin and I am in love with Brave lipstick.

Sarah R and I have decided to do an extra collaboration this month as we get quite a lot of the same products, so we decided to review them together.
We're are showing you the gorgeous stamping plates from Pet'la Plate in this video and OMG they are definitely plates I recommend if you want some unique plates to add to your collection.
I've got another four that I will be reviewing next week so stay tuned for those too.

I've been hoarding beauty products since around Easter so I figured it's about time I did a haul for you.
I'll have some tutorials coming up using these products and I'm also thinking of doing a new series of good and bad buys.
If you're looking to get your hands on some fab eyeshadow palettes, I highly recommend the Zoeva palettes and Luxola do stock these at a very reasonable price.

Young Nails Art Screens & Caption Polish - Initial Impressions
Hey everyone,
I've got a new video up on my channel showing the new Art Screens and also the Caption Polishes from Young Nails.
I've really enjoyed using the Art Screens so far and I'm going to have more of play and get some tutorials up really soon. The Caption Polish is lovely and I adore the colour I have on my toes that I show you at the end of the video - Sorry, I'm Not Sorry!

I've got a big unboxing video for you from Lust Have It. I've had a few issues with my mail man and the boxes went temporarily missing but they're here now - better late than never.
If you want to see what goodies I have then check out the video. I also have a $5 off your first month code:
If you're not familiar with Lust Have It, it's an Australian company that do monthly subscription boxes that are delivered to your door! Great idea and full of great things ever month.
If you watch my videos regularly you will have noticed that I haven't been on camera for a couple of months. Well obviously I am back and continuing from where I left off.
I've had a few personal things going on and a few health issues to deal with and also I have a new family member :-)
Meet Bogart (we call him Bo), and he is my baby.
Bo is our foster baby and up until now he's had a horrible life in a puppy farm. We are now giving him the life he deserves and giving him as much love as we can :-) He's responding well, put on weight and generally being a little rascal and we love him. If you are interested in seeing more about Bo, stay tuned. I will have more up very soon.
Back to my weight update. I've just discovered I have a pretty serious allergy to gluten so I've had to go gluten free which is proving interesting! I had a bit of a blow-out over Easter and with the gluten free diet, I've put on just over 4kgs. I am not overly concerned though as this will come off in a couple of weeks.
Overall I am a little tired and achy from the change in my diet and I have this thing called 'brain fog' - apparently I am not going senile, it's actually the gluten in my diet that's making me forget things! All very interesting as I continue this journey.
Skin is improving daily with the use of some amazing products and hopefully the change in diet will sort things out properly.
I had so many messages about the Mosaic Glass review I did with Set 2 a few weeks ago that I got my hands on Set 1 to show you too :-)
These are another great little set from Bundle Monster and I am super impressed with how nice they are to apply. I've done a little tutorial to show a simple nail art idea and I am going to do a few more over the coming weeks.

I've got a review up on my YouTube channel of the original Magpie Beauty Dusts. There are nine in total and the are just gorgeous.
They are cosmetic grade glitter dusts and they are ultra, ultra fine. I just love these and my particular favourite is Tiara. It's just stunning and even though it's a silver dust, it changes colour in the light from silver to gold to rose gold.
As I mentioned in the video, I have a special event coming up later this month and Tiara is PERFECT for my nails so I will film a video when I have more of a firm idea of what I am doing.

Bundle Monster have released a brand new set of plates today called Shangri-La and they are just gorgeous. I have played around with them and I can tell you with confidence that they are lovely to stamp with. All images pick up cleanly every time and the actual designs are totally stunning.
I've tried the plates with a range of stamping polishes and stampers and they all work perfectly and I would say definitely go grab them to add to your collection. They are a great size too, measuring 5.5cm square.
I've used the Bundle Monster Hawaiian Escape gel polishes as a base for the stamping as I thought the colours would be most flattering with the designs on these plates.
All products are in the description box below the video, as always.
Just a quick tutorial with a Moroccan theme. I've had these Snail Vinyls put away in a 'safe place' for several months. Only thing is I forgot where the 'safe place' was! BUT I found them again so I decided to do a Moroccan nail art tutorial as a gorgeous friend of mine has just been there and I was inspire by some of his amazing photography.
Very easy to do and super effective. I only had a slight issue with removing all the little pieces from the actual vinyl. They wanted to come away with the actual stencil part. Once I had that sorted, everything was easy.
The Magpie Beauty pigments are gorgeous and so lovely to apply. I will have a full review video of these on my channel very soon.

I've been dying to get my hands on the new MoYou London stamper and it's arrived!!!
I've also got some of the new release Tropical plates and a scraper bundle waiting for review so I decided to make it a triple whammy and review them all in one go!
If you are deciding on whether to get this stamper or not, let me help! GET IT. It's so much nicer to use than the creative stamper (which I was very disappointed in) and cheaper too!
I opted for the non-sticky stamper - which is supposed to be for the more experienced stampers among us - but in all honesty, I think based on my first use of it, it would be fine for anyone to use.
Every image I used picked up perfectly first time and I had no need to prime either of the stamping heads at all.
Also, take note of the gorgeous stamping polishes I used for the video. These are some of the gorgeous polishes by Esmaltes da Kelly and I got them from Llarowe. They are currently out of stock of a lot of the colours but you can sign up for a notification email for when the colours are back.
